About the position We at Adecco are looking for a Tech Support Specialist for our client Essity Hygiene and Health AB in Mölndal. In this role, you will support and develop Essity´s digital products within the TENA SmartCare portfolio. This is a long-term assignment lasting 1-2 years, with the possibility of extension. This position will be based in Gothenburg at Essity´s office in Mölndal, with a preferable start as soon as possible but no later than May/June 2025. What you will do • Handle TENA SmartCare tickets in Zendesk • Work with both software and hardware issues • Perform firmware upgrades and device monitoring • Provide solutions and respond to internal customers globally • Coordinate with 3rd line support Who you are We are looking for a candidate with experience in technical support and a strong service orientation. You are accustomed to working with both hardware and software and have experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a curious and driven individual who is social and not afraid to take on new challenges. We also believe that you have: • A passion for helping people and a genuine interest in Medtech products • Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable • Previous experience with technical support, preferably within the medtech industry • You have a relevant post-secondary education in mechatronics or a similar field About the products The TENA SmartCare portfolio includes two products: TENA SmartCare Identifi and TENA SmartCare Change Indicator, which are sold globally, mainly in Europe. These are relatively new products with a strong focus on sales and market penetration. Later this year, a third product will be launched: TENA SmartCare Bladder Sensor. Why work with us?
