Job Description

As Global Retail Business Controller at & Other Stories you are responsible for maximizing the selling and profitability within our store channel. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting decision making through good judgment and strong analytical skills, coaching controllers in regions/sales markets to deliver on set targets.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting sales and profitability within the Store channel for the financial year
• Set, track and follow up performance of KPI´s vs our set targets
• Securing forecast is in line with set targets
• Initiate actions driving performance vs our set targets
• Commercial & sales analysis: Drive and create methods, analysis, tools and business cases supporting decision making
• Optimizing & constantly improving current controlling methods and ways of working

Qualifications

We also see that you can take business decisions and actions, while showing flexibility and willingness to adapt to change. You are results driven with proven track record in setting business targets and strategies to reach them.

This is a temporary position covering for parental leave for 1 year.

We’d love to meet with someone with:

• A few years of experience in controlling or similar roles
• Previous experience with H&M Group Controlling is meritorious
• The ability to follow up, question decisions, and provide feedback in a constructive way
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of systems such as Synapps, Power BI
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
