About the role 

We're looking for a Product Owner to lead and optimize our customer journeys — from the very first sign-up to long-term engagement. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally across product, UX, marketing, tech and customer success, driving initiatives that directly impact growth and retention. 

You’ll own the roadmap for our core customer touchpoints and make sure they support a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle. 

Essential responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of onboarding and sign-up flows that support our sales and marketing teams. 
  • Design and implement retention capabilities that increase LTV and reduce churn. 
  • Own the customer journey and retention capabilities roadmap and backlog. 
  • Drive insights work using data and user feedback. 
  • Define and track KPIs related to onboarding and retention. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends in customer experience and technology. 

What we’re looking for 

You’ve worked in similar roles before – in SaaS, e-commerce or other B2B environments. You enjoy combining strategy and execution and know how to turn customer insight into real product improvements.    Key qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management, customer segmentation and agile product development. 
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, KPI tracking and insight gathering. 
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across functions.
