We are looking for an administrator for our commercial property management. Your main tasks will be:

Provide language support for international tenants, particularly excellent Chinese and English in both writing and speech.

Tenant management, and quick response in customer service.

Coordinate on renovation of properties and upgrading of equipment.

Actively promote vacant properties through multiple channels.

Digitize leases and payment flows.

Rich experience of working in commercial management and administration.

You should be structured, service-oriented and have good computer skills.
