We are looking for an experienced developer to strengthen our Frontend Platform Team. This team is responsible for maintaining and improving the frontend infrastructure that supports our full-stack development teams, as well as leading the development of our mobile app. They play a key role in shaping the frontend architecture and continuously enhancing the developer experience.To succeed in this role, we believe that you have an excellent understanding of frontend technologies, along with a helpful and collaborative mindset to help others to succeed.

• You will be part of a small, experienced team that owns the frontend infrastructure and mobile app platform while enhancing the developer experience.

• Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain and improve the frontend infrastructure, tooling and component library used by every product team across the company.

• You will have a significant influence on shaping frontend architecture, and helping to increase productivity and joy of the frontend development.

• Our teams enjoy creative freedom to solve challenges, clear direction to stay aligned, and strong support to drive progress.

• You have deep expertise in frontend technologies and hands-on experience with development infrastructure. For example:

  • Practical experience with frontend build tools, module bundlers, package managers.

  • You recognize common pitfalls full-stack developers face when writing React code—and know how to avoid them.

  • You can diagnose performance issues caused by misconfigured frontend bundlers and know how to resolve them.

  • You're comfortable making trade-offs and keeping scope actionable when tackling tech debt.

• You genuinely care about improving both the developer experience and the end-user experience.

• You enjoy collaborating—both within your team and across team boundaries.

• You bring a helpful and supportive attitude, and love enabling others to grow their frontend development skills.

• You think critically about the technologies you use, make informed decisions, and stand by them.

• You're a strong communicator, confident in both spoken and written English.

• You have a curious, growth-oriented mindset and are always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.

• You are highly skilled in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

• You have deep expertise in modern frontend infrastructure and tooling, including bundlers like Webpack and Rsbuild, package manager like NPM and testing framework like Jest.

• You have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, software architectures and have experience providing technical guidance. You can assess and suggest feasible solutions that are cost-effective to build and maintain.

• It’s considered a bonus if:

  • You have experience in a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or mentoring role.

  • You have proficiency with

    • React Native

    • C#, .NET and SQL

  • You have experience in maintaining or authoring component libraries and design systems.

  • You have knowledge of accessibility best practices.

  • You have/had your own company and understand the perils of running a small business.

  • You are familiar with accounting or fintech.
